Advanced Algebra Tutor Learning By Example
The Advanced Algebra Tutor picks up where the Algebra 2 Tutor ends and continues to teach students core concepts in Algebra. The skills learned in this series will aid students in more advanced areas of math and science. Many of the topics are used in other Math courses, such as the functions, sequences and series and generally taught in College Algebra. These skills are used time and time again in more advanced courses such as Physics and Calculus. Each topic is taught by working example problems that begin with the easier problems and gradually progress to harder problems. The Advanced Algebra Tutor is a complete 14 lesson series covering all of the core topics in detail. What sets this series apart from other teaching tools is that the concepts are taught entirely through step-by-step example problems of increasing difficulty. It works by introducing each new concept in an easy to understand way and using example problems that are worked out step-by-step and line-by-line to completion. If a student has a problem with coursework or homework, simply find a similar problem fully worked on in the series and review for the steps needed to solve the problem. Students will be able to work problems with ease, improve their problem-solving skills and understand the underlying concepts of Physics. This series is best used in order from Volume 1 through Volume 14. About Jason Gibson: Host Jason holds M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Texas.
