We start this journey in the Pacific Northwest, in a city with a tower that touches the space and where coffee is king, Seattle, Washington. A region that has a rich history of Native Americans, with the first inhabitants living here more than 4,000 years ago. With many jazz clubs where some of the most notable musicians in America developed their skills as Ray Charles and Quincy Jones. Then we will go to the fish market where we will see how the sellers throw huge pieces of fish from one side of the aisle to the other and you will know why they are called the "flying fish". Then we will travel over the Pacific Ocean to a land full of spirit and wonder, where we will visit some temples and even cross the desert expanse of Mongolia. We will visit the valley of the river Terelj, where we will find a small settlement, with small shops and restaurants and horseback riding or if you prefer you can get on a camel. Finally, we will go to one of the largest islands in the world, where a country rich in cultural diversity awaits us, Papua in New Guinea. An island, full of mystery and wonder and one of the least explored places to date. Where you will find tribes of people and complete species of animals and plants that are still waiting to be discovered.
