The Tell Me How series is a necessary addition to any library, guidance center of school curriculum. It explores a large number of career opportunities for young people and features real people doing real jobs. In this program, host Melody Young checks out a rain forest built by Canadian botanist, Dr. Nancy Greig. This indoor, climate controlled rain forest is home to over 3,000 butterflies. Watch as Dr. Nancy Grieg works in the butterfly museum. This program reviews the relationship between plants and insects, butterflies coming out of a chrysalis to a cocoon, rainforest footage, a pet Iguana and the daily workings of this informative exhibit. Subjects Covered Include: What does a Botanist Do? Why do we want to study plants? What types of plants are in a rainforest? Do I have to go to college to be a Botanist? What is the difference between a butterfly and a moth? How do butterflies eat?
