The Ecology and Conservation Series covers topics from the Greenhouse effect, endangered species to Biodiversity. Students travel across the Globe, examining various species in danger and what is being done to protect them. There are a huge number of living species on Earth and our main concern in the coming years will be preventing extinction and preserving biodiversity. By working to understand and communicate with the animal life around us, we can change the destructive course we have taken in the past. In this episode of Environment and Ecology, students will learn what scientists are doing to protect wildlife habitats: communicating with dolphins, rehabilitating orphaned animals and captive breeding to grow populations.
